If the product is damaged in transit, inform our helpdesk immediately and do not start using damaged product. You will get replacement of specific damaged part or whole product, depending on type of damage. Customer has to send photo of damaged product by WhatsApp or Email for immediate response. Minor damages are not liable for replacement.

Product specification does not include color; actual color may vary with respect to displayed color on website.

• Product Pricing

We make sure that all the pricing details appearing on the website are accurate. However errors may occur, in that case information would be provided to you if an order has been placed by you. In case you want to cancel the order we would willing help you and refund the amount (if already been paid). If we are unable to connect with you we would cancel that order.

Also prices for items may change from time to time without any prior notice. However it would not affect the orders that have already been dispatched. The price of an item includes VAT (or similar sales tax) at the prevailing rate for which we are responsible as a seller.

• Payment

We carry out a standard pre-authorization check on your payment card to check the availability of sufficient funds in order to complete the transaction process. After this pre-authorization check the amount will be debited from your account to complete your order. Before shipping or delivery we may confirm your order on phone or via e-mail to provide you with a safe online shopping.

• Delivery

While placing an order you will be given various options for delivery and this will vary depending on the area from where you want to place an order. After placing an order you will receive an e-mail conformation describing the details of your order and also the estimated time. Generally the maximum estimated delivery time is 5-6 business days. At times the delivery to its destination may take longer than the estimated time due to unforeseen circumstances for which the management will not be responsible. However, we will reach you by an e-mail.

• Sale in India Only

Products on this website are solely for the purpose of sale in India. Those who access the site from other countries other than India, https://www.diamondtorch.com/ is not responsible for the delivery or refund of the products.

• Returns & Replacement

Additional discount is offered on Prepaid Payment Mode will not be clubbed with any other Discount Code.
All Discount Codes are applicable on online payment mode only, Cash On Delivery Mode is Not Applicable with Any Discount Code.
